The Estonian Society of Arthroscopy and Sports Traumatology is an association of orthopedic surgeons operating in the Republic of Estonia engaged in endoscopic joint surgery and surgical treatment of sports injuries at the Estonian Society of Traumatologists and Orthopedics.
BOARD
Dr. Leho Rips acquired medial education in traumatology and orthopedics and surgical training at the University of Tartu. He specializes in arthroscopic surgery and has a keen interest in sports injuries. Dr. Leho Rips is recognized as one of Estonia's leading experts in shoulder joint arthroscopic surgery.
Dr. Mihkel Mardna is one of the most recognized orthopedists and specialists in arthroscopy and sports traumatology in Estonia. Dr. Mardna is known as a sports doctor and advisor to Estonian professional athletes.
Dr. Paul Sander Vahi graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tartu in 2014. Paul Sander Vahi works with the main workload at Ida-Tallinn Central Hospital.
Dr. Madis Rahu is one of the most recognized orthopedists and specialists in arthroscopy and sports traumatology in Estonia.
Dr. Kristo Kask graduated from Tartu University Faculty of Medicine in 2004 and orthopedic residency in 2009. In the same year, he defended his doctorate in medical sciences at the University of Lübeck in Germany, and in 2014 he successfully passed the European exam in the field of hand surgery.
Dr. Krista Uhtegi is an extremely experienced orthopedist and is especially known for her hand and foot surgeries.
